HACCP Policy

African Distillers is committed to the production, marketing and distribution of safe quality branded wines and spirits.

 
  • In order to meet this goal:
    We will actively commit ourselves to building and achieving brand confidence through the appropriate allocation of resources to meet food safety regulations, customer and environmental requirements.
  • We will strive to surpass customers’ expectations by cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and through regular reviews of our food safety and quality initiatives.
  • We will complement our efforts through food safety awareness training and actively building a reliable supply chain. In addition to this, every employee will be encouraged to maintain set food safety and quality standards.
  • We will focus on our operational activities with the view of developing and maintaining a working system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and furthermore, we will complement HACCP with ISO 9000 quality frameworks.

African Distillers Limited, its employees and management fully support this food safety policy and associated systems.
